Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion is conducted by Raas Indian, 148 Sydney Road, Brunswick VIC 3056.
  2. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. To enter, entrants must submit their first name, last name, email address, mobile number and postcode through the competition entry form.
  5. By entering, entrants agree to subscribe to marketing emails from Raas Indian. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing will remove the entrant from future monthly draws.
  6. One Dinner for Two prize will be awarded each month, with a maximum value of $100.
  7. Eligible entrants automatically remain in subsequent monthly draws while they remain subscribed to the Raas Indian email list. There is no need to enter again each month.
  8. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries in the draw.
  9. The winner will be notified directly by email. The winner’s first name and surname initial may also be announced through Raas Indian’s email communications and social media channels on the 15th of the month.
  10. The prize is valid for dine-in at Raas Indian and covers eligible food and non-alcoholic beverages up to a maximum total value of $100.
  11. If the winner’s eligible bill exceeds $100, the winner must pay the remaining balance.
  12. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount, including Happy Hour and Limited Tables offers.
  13. To redeem the prize, the winner must make a table booking in advance and advise Raas Indian when booking that they intend to redeem their Dinner for Two prize.
  14. The winner must present their winner notification email to Raas staff when redeeming the prize.
  15. The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the winner being notified.
  16. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
  17. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  18. Employees of Raas Indian and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  19. Raas Indian reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise breach these terms.
  20. Raas Indian reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the promotion where reasonably necessary.
